N – NECK: Come fully around the neck, leaving no dangling space in between the neck and the tape. Don’t pull too tightly so as to create unnecessary tension, just enough so that you are getting a true measurement. Make sure the tape is level and not being held at an angle

A – ARM: Measure from the top of your shoulder along the outside seam to the wrist

B – BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under your arms and around your shoulder blades

U – UNDER BUST: Ensure the tape measure is level around the body and is directly underneath the bust

W – WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline)

H – HIP: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part

T – THIGH: Measure around the widest part of the thigh, just below your buttocks

I – INSEAM: Measure from the top of your inner leg along the inside seam to the ankle
